Well, this calls for an experiment! I know of a lab I can go to and conduct the experiment tonight. Let's see, I will drop an olive in a solution confined within a glass tube and watch. Then I will reverse the tube, take a drink, then watch the action of the olive (provided that I don't eat it first). Oh, I know, you are objecting that I do not have an electron microscope or something? Well, I have 20/15 eye sight, which is better than normal (although after repeating this experiment several times to test its reliability, my observational powers may be somewhat altered).

I'm taking this approach to write, rather than post, to be sure you see it. First, welcome to the Straight Doe Message Boards, we're glad you found us.

We have had several people reporting some of your posts for being slightly incoherent.... and off-topic. I'm not sure whether you're trying to be poetic or whimsical, or whether you're high on something, but some of your posts do leave me (and other readers) confused. For example:

So, I'm writing to ask you to please try to be a little more on-topic, coherent, and comprehensible in your future posts? It would help a lot, and I think you'll enjoy the experience here more as well.
