    I might add that things are going to be incredibly slow for a little while while the database catches up.

    No, I found out kinda late this morning, the kind of problem that isn't a big deal on a site that isn't boards.ie. Tens of millions of records make a myisamchk take forever.

    I think we might start using our own tweet.ie for updates instead of twitter.

    Twitter was quite promising but it's slow as molasses and I don't really like sitting around hiting F5 trying to get twitter to work when I should be trying to get boards.ie to work ;)
