There is a big nuclear bunker under the army barracks in Athlone. It's where the government was supposed to go in case of nuclear war. Though with it being under the barracks, there is no chance of getting into it.

Hmmm,sounds interesting.You'd probably need permission to get in but there's no harm in asking.I'll have a look if I'm ever up that way.

Not a great photo in itself, but more an inspiration.

The lad on top suffer's with curvature of the spine. But it never put him off training, and training hard.

Here he is sparing, training for Mixed Martial Arts (MMA, most here would call it cage fighting I guess)..

nice one vtec... i was actually there too on ur side.. a bit closer to her.. i wasn't so sure if i could see her sweating thou... her make up was still on and she did look gorgeous...

I think i may have seen you there actually. there was a guy to my left with a DSLR of some sort, that might have been you?
No she didnt seem to be sweating at all huh, i heard from some of the runners that the celebs started a half and hour ealier than the rest of the pack so they could keep fresh. aparently the race kicked off late when the celebs were long gone.
