Been a while since I've gotten anything done. Given the week that was in it, no excuse not to get this really. Courtesy of Vlad in Connected Ink, Temple Bar.

I got my very first tattoo today! I love it! :) Got it done by Eimear in Wildcat, she's lovely, I'll definitely be going back to her for more!

Finally got my much wanted tattoo done on Saturday by the lovely and incredibly chatty Fran Hartnett of Skin City Ink Dublin! I'm utterly delighted!
He did a few tweaks to my design- mainly revolving around making the hair flow better on my shoulder and the addition of the three lilies-but I'm absolutely thrilled! Definitely going to recommend him to everyone! :D
Please excuse the redness in this picture- it was taken this morning after my second time cleaning away the ink/blood/plasma fallout before sticking on a fresh layer of Bepanthen.

Some photos of my first session with Remis.

Start of a joker themed sleeve, took 5 1/2 hours.
Said he wants another 2-3 hours to finish this portrait.

    Sorry about the poor quality.

From the Galway Tattoo Convention. I had another bird done by the wonderfully talented Gray Silva, Blue Tit is from last year and the Robin is the latest work. Both on the right fore arm.

I got this done two weeks ago in Cru tattoos in Temple Bar. As you can probably notice it's a cover up job after I made the stupid decision to get my girlfriends name tattooed onto my wrist on holidays heh. What I want to ask is is there any way to cover it up further as you can still see the writing or am I stuck like this forever? :-P

First tattoo. ^_^ Taken right after it was done. I'm in love with it. I wanted it for a very long time.

You cant cover black without using black.I think that maybe if the shading was a bit darker you`d see less of the name.
Go back to the artist that did the cover up and see what he thinks. But personally Id go darker with the shading maybe just a little bit and see how it looks.

Yesterday's work... Part of my super Mario world sleeve...I'm probably about half way through. I think maybe 5 or 6 sittings so far. Really bitten off more than I can chew, it's a long long process...But I can finally start to see what it will look like completed.

Apologies for the awful pic quality...Was in a hurry.
