Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,

I have finished my arts degree in nuig and am looking at taking the msc in business management in nuim. Has anyone any advice on this course, it looks very broad and there doesn't seem to be any exams?

    Hi Niamh,

I took the MSc in 2011, a great course! Every module starts from a basic level and quickly moves to application at a higher level. You'll have two assignments for each module, usually a 5000 word individual essay or report, and a 5000 word group project. You'll really get used to working with people in this course!

No exams, but you'll be kept busy throughout the year with the assignments, and the 30,000 word thesis at the end. You'll be paired with a company and will have to solve a problem of theirs, using your research and conclusions to make up your thesis at the same time.

    Hope you enjoy it!! :)
