Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm currently in first year doing computing and for the two years CA and Computing have the same content. The course is split 50% for countinuous assessement and terminal exam which is worth 50%. If you put the effort in for the projects and assignments you be doing well to be getting a pass before you sit the terminal exam.

In the first semester for programming they teach you the basics so if you already know Java programming it be a breeze. You will be asked to design a website for the HTML module so thats something to keep you busy. Second semester you will be asked to do a java prototype application in a team of four people (make sure you pick the right team members!) and the marks are pretty fair in this project so don't worry if you are not fully confident in java at this stage.
