    Business DEB:
    TQM,2 marketing mix, evaluate a public lc and a long term loan, cooperative and competitve relationships between empoyee/ers. contract conditions plus termination. ratio analysis( npmargin gp margin, ROinvestment) performance appraisal, 2 styles of leadership! hope that helps overall wasnt a bad paper!
