    Say, does anyone know anything about this new Clan Arena upgrade out which gives you points for damage inflict rather then frags.

    Beast was telling me about it in UL but it could have been a hallucination. Beasts ties to reality are slim at best...

    It needs to be teams of some sorts...Besides...we ALL KNOW that ND are the best CA team around! :)

    Yeah 2-2 is a great idea. I think putting a few map makers to work on come custom levels.I know that myself and a few others dabble in worldcraft. If people think its a good idea i'll start work on one and see how it turns out

    Damn right!

    1 v 1 would be rocket arena wouldn't it???

    2 v 2 would'nt be the best either. 4 v 4 or 6 v 6 , now that's a good killing spree, more tactics, more opportunity to shine, more people going ballistic over kills and things. More swearing, more having to hide (em I mean being forced to choose a strategically advantageous time to make your presence known).

    The ladder can still work by using hte damage system but I think the teams should be randomised (maybe completely random at first and then by ranking on the ladder , ie: if no. 1 and 2 turn up for a match they will most likely not be on the same team).

    I don't think it should be restricted to existing clans or turned into a 'let's practise our tactics until we can completely lock down any level ever written' sort of thing. As CA stands, you log on to a server, you get pretty much assigned to a team (whoever has the fewer players) and you try to win which usually involves working with your new team mates.

    I like the idea of custom levels by the way (how about some with sections that require at least two people to operate - like a platform that moves when another player pushes a button?).

    hmmmmm. maybe I'll have a go at level construction. Now, anyone know how to make a level??? ;)
