Megane Horn

A girl in work has an Renault Megan coupe 2011 The horn isn't working but when you press it you can hear a click in the fuse box, But when you check the manual there is no number for which one is the horn fuse ? Is there a horn fuse ? would it be the fuse that is gone ?

"Here's a picture of the fuse box inside the glove compartment of the Megane III. The fuse for the horn is the top fuse on the second column. When the fuse is removed I think the relay doesnt work either."
