Sky Q mysky_2008 error

    anyone getting this when trying to install Netflix or Discovery+ after signing up to sky Q?

    seems to be a known error for while but they don’t have a fix

    have you tried this:

    1. Press Standby on your Sky Q remote, then switch off or unplug at the mains.
    2. Check there's no lights on the front panel of your Sky Q box and all cables are securely connected and undamaged. If your cables are damaged, you will need to contact Sky.
    3. Plug in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
    4. Wait for the on-screen instructions to disappear then press Home on your Sky Q remote.
