    Hi Folks,

    Myself (European) and my parnter (NON-EU) are in a legal civil partnership celebrated in Gibraltar.

    Now, i do live in Ireland for several years and she is currently here under a Visa Student expiring soon so we are exploring her options to stay here.

    WOuld anyone know if she can apply to stay here to join me as we are under civil partnership despite having been celebrated in Gibraltar after 2016 ?
