Advantages of registering as a business?

    Heya folks.

I currently have a bit of a side gig (website) where I generate a bit of bob over the year. I split the earnings from this 50% down the middle every month to set aside for tax purposes which I pay each year. I split it at 50% because I already work a full time PAYE job.

So this is all done on a "personal" level.

What (if any) advantage would I have to register this as a business for this scenario?

Registering asa business(name) will have no impact.
Incorporating a company is a different matter.
    Have you many expenses?

Not really no. General server hosting costs and a couple of misc website payments per month.
