    Finally got around to running Time Spy again. Will be installing my new 2060 over the weekend so i'll re-run and post the results then.

    So I installed my new RTX 2060 and ran Time Spy again tonight and saw quite a jump compared to the 1060.

    https://www.3dmark.com/3dm/33264222?

    1060 = 4499
    2060 = 7550

    That is nearly a 68% increase in scores and way more than I expected.

    How stable is the overclock as the hanging at system specs only ever happened me if I had a unstable overclock just for benchmark purposes.

    I thought it was pretty stable, even turned it down a notch. I'll reset to default and work my way up from there.

    Also when on this page I noticed TerrorFirmer's name above is odd. looks like he closed his account. He contributed good stuff over the years.

    I used morepowertool to get a bit more out of it.

    I only just got the card today in my Parcel Motel box in Galway and only got home late in the evening. I will push it a bit more another day but saying that I had a good few crashes trying to find a sweet spot.

    Ahh ok it probably not worth the hassle doing it then is it? for general gaming Use you won't notice much difference surely.

    No I wouldn't bother pushing a card that hard for a gaming session tbh.

    When I flashed the motherboard bios to the latest version I must not have set it. To be honest, the Crosshair VII was a nightmare for months by needing the CMOS to be cleared before it would boot, the latest bios sorted that out but broke mouse control in the bios and since it was working at last, I just left it alone.

    I've a 2060 and a 1700 so your results are nice to see. Look to be about 20-30% better than my last test.

    I reckon with a more stable board (should have gone Gigabyte) I could hit 10k in Timespy, but my current system apart from the ram issue is rock solid now and super quiet, so happy to quit while I'm ahead :)

    I see my amazon order arrived in Dublin today so should have it Monday and my overclockers order will hopefully be here at least Tuesday and Komplett hopefully Tuesday as well. I can't wait to put it together.

    Hopefully I get a good bit of silicon and can get good scores.

    Overclocked CPU with latest AGESA bios?

    Yea, latest bios ABBA. And a manual overclock to 4.4 but the bclk is not running at 100 so overclock is a bit lower than 4.4Ghz.

    Graphics score is 9988, hopefully some day I break the 10000, don't ask how I can do that with a reference design card.

    Does anyone know what score a Commodore 64 would get in 3DMark?

    Plenty of joystick waggling with that PC...

    Yes.
    0/DNF because C64 is not x86-software compatible
