You only have to look through the Dream duo's results last season - like a long slow march towards Moscow in winter.

His appointment in the first place was par for the course with a lot of these new owners, absolutely clueless. Seemed to be shocked that MON played negative football.

Keane saw it coming and jumped ship so he wouldn't have another sacking on his CV.

Forest were after Jokanovic, who wanted too much money, so they turned to O'Neill. Two managers with completely different styles of football, was a bizarre appointment in the first place.

Would be interesting. Did a great job at PSV but tanked at Fenerbahce. Derby is a totally different challenge for him. They seem to be thinking outside the box, though, which is interesting. I presume Jody Morris is going with Lampard but, if not, Derby should give him a shot. Meant to be a great coach with young players especially.

Possibly because older players remember him as a footballer!

Still hard to see why Lampard is getting the Chelsea gig. Granted they had a remarkable result in one game against Leeds, goalkeeping calamities, a stupid sending off etc. But he was a long way from being the best Championship manager last season.
