Faulty Xbox Controllers

Hey, not sure if there is a thread specifically for controller discussion but I bought a controller back in January, and already the left thumbstick has started to stick and/or drift.

This is the second controller in a row this has happened with so I'm pissed off considering these are 50+ euro a pop.

Anyone know if its under warranty still be it the shop or can I send it to Xbox?

You get a 12 month warranty with them so bring them back to point of purchase.

I got one fixed in Gamestop was €30 but cheaper than buying a new one its perfect now. You might be lucky and maybe be under a warrenty?
