The Department of Education are the one department that continue to let us down.

I will stand with Nurses, I will stand with Gardai and all the departments that deserve respect for coming up to the mark and helping our country.

Teachers on the other hand are first to complain and strike about everything, not just covid related. Quitting at 3pm and 5 holidays a year is all they can think of.

Their efforts online are dismal, they are technically out of touch, every child in my house is being short changed. A few exercise sheets are not enough, shortened teaching time etc.

Primary teacher here, so I will bite, assuming this isn't a trolling attempt. Have you contacted the school to voice your complaints? How do you mean "teaching time is being shortened? And how do you mean "technically out of touch?"
    ETA "vac" or "sack?"
