There are plenty of rock marks and beaches to choose from along that stretch, the best advice I could give is try a rock mark with access to deep water for pollock. As for bass, try a beach near where a river flows into the sea, or an area of shallow water with plenty of rock and boulders!

    Hope that helps!

Back of the East Pier in Dun Laoghaire can hold some big pollack. Very rough ground so best away from low water. Also lots of lobster/crab pots and ropes to avoid.Slippy, shelving rocks as well and can be hard to land fish but that is typical pollack fishing.

you probably need to go much further south to have a reasonable chance of bass

It's true Wexford fishes best for bass but there's still good chance of bass in Dublin and Wicklow, I've caught 4 bass off beaches here in Dublin over the last 3 weeks.
