University of Ulster Msc Real Estate recognition

Has anyone on this forum had any exposure to this Msc in Real Estate, if so what did you think of it in regards to course content and time demand? Also, does anyone know if it recognised by the big property firms in Dublin or would the DIT Msc be considered better? All opinions and views appreciated.
