Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Pre connection agreement

    Hi, I just wanted to check how long it takes to get a pre connection agreement back. And does this come directly to me or to the county council as they have requested this before granting planning permission?

    Thanks for your query.

    We are unable to provide specific time frames for the pre-connection enquiry as this would depend on a number of factors. Once this has been processed, it will be issued to the person who submitted the application.

    Please be aware that once this is complete, a new connection application should also be made. You can find more information in relation to this on our website here.
