Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hi, Can anybody recommend a yoga class in the Douglas area of Cork. I havent done yoga before so maybe a beginner class to start with. Id be aiming to go twice a week. Thanks!

    You could visit us at Yoga Loft Cork :) We are not in Douglas but only 10 minutes away on Monahan Road. We have classes every evening, some mornings and at the weekend.
