Protecting eyes from fibreglass

I have a really long claustrophobic space up in the attic that needs to be insulated. The last time I insulated up there I had a normal mask (the one with the yellow band) and goggles on. The goggles kept fogging up and I managed to get fibreglass and dirt in my eyes. Ended up at the doctors but my eyes were fine again after a week. If I'm going to tackle it again then I need eye protection that wont fog up. What would you recommend?

I need to crawl through a long space with fibreglass on multiple sides - been like that since the house was built. Anyway, its not just fibreglass thats the issue, there's lots of dust and dirt flying around there. I'd be happy to buy something that works rather than paying the doctor again.

Yeah I think I'll go with something like this. Am I right in saying that a general purpose construction filter is adequate?
