Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

I'm currently in hunt for letting agent as we're moving abroad and looking to let our place as we won't be there. Have you had experience (as landlord) dealing with one before? I'm looking at M-T-S (6%) compared to other agents who asked for anything between (10-20%)! Please PM results!
