Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Not on Glad but meadow is basically glas without the payments.
    Local farmers will take a cut and take it in July. How much should I charge ? Just looking for a fair price so that he is happy. About 10 acres.

    I don’t know but I wouldn’t have thought it could be less, like I said your exporting P&K which is expensive to rebuild in land.

    I am reducing the fertility of the land as will be introducing further species of wilflowers. I will also be doing compositing and adding that to the land every 3 years.
