Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Recommendation for dry/wet rot assessment (south east)

    I am looking for a recommendation for someone who can assess an issue with dry (or possibly wet) rot for a residential property in the South East (Wexford to be precise).

    Issue is visible only on downstairs skirting boards right now. I am eager to have it professionally assessed (to be clear - not looking for an assessment of problem n these pages here).
