Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.
Thanks all.

    Hi all,

first of all thanks for your help in advance.

Last year I've rented out a room in my apartment and generated an income on AIRBNB.
I'd like to declare it but I'm bit lost on the process to follow and the section to use on revenue.ie
I have as well few examples correlated to the income to the declare.

Could you please help me on this matter?

    Thanks

What was the gross amount of income generated and what is the taxable amount when you deduct allowable expenses?

You can complete a Form 12 via your online Revenue MyAccount for 2019. The income goes in the other income section in part 3 under trading profit.
