What type of bird?

    Can anyone identify what type of bird this is please?
    It brought down and killed a crow/blackbird across the road from me today. Amazing to see.
    It looks bigger than a kestrel if that helps.

    Looks like a juvenile too with the downy fluff on the front. Unless its the wind fluttering it but looks a juvey
