Composite Decking - is it worth it?

    Need to replace existing raised decking at back of house. 35 by 14 feet with a ca. 3.5 ft upright surround.
    What is a reasonable quote for:
    1) Clearing and disposing existing wooden deck (rotting after ca 15 years in the Irish "sun")
    2) Supply
    3 Fit
    Suggestions for a quality operator Leinster area - specifically Kilkenny
    Have been quoted ca €15,000

    Is it just the decking or the sub structure too?

    It's the floor decking and a 3.5 foot surround/facial. It has a concrete path on which the surround is situated. There is one concrete wall running the length of the deck (cross ways) and this acts as an anchor point half way across the width of the current deck which is set upon it. So no substructure work required..also require balustrade all around the perimeter.. preference for glass with posts but that should be more expensive than conventional composite/wood railing.
