    Hi.

I'm just curious as to where most people here do their online betting with.

I've seen many reviews on Trust Pilot of gambling sites and they get terrible reviews on the whole.

    Cheers.

Betfair exchange for singles, especially in golf where prices are vastly superior.
After that it depends on prices and offers/promotions such as money back specials etc. Bet365, paddy power, hills on occasion. Basically i stick with the established players in the market for security reasons.

Whichever one has the best price and terms between 365, hills, Ladbrokes, powers, Betfair exchange. I find power's prices shocking bad at the moment

I was thinking of setting up a Boyle Sports account but saw this 1 star rating here: https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/boylesports.com

Hi Browney7 & Glenbhoy. What online betting account(s) do ye use?

Why do so many online betting accounts get such atrocious ratings with the likes of Trust Pilot?

Can ye post here what online bookmakers ye have an account with and your experience with them? Thanks.

People don't compliment bookmakers on review websites but will go straight there if they have a problem with one, despite the fact most people don't read the terms and conditions of placing bets and break them then complain on trustpilot.

Added to the fact most people lose money betting and they are unhappy about that.

Boylesports is a very solid bookmaker and I recommend them.

I got fed up with boyles because their website was terrible, it seems to have been rejigged now. I'm also a neteller customer, so wasn't qualifying for offers etc, plus, was taking ages to withdraw money and I think the final straw was when I was having problems depositing with neteller, customer service were incredibly unhelpful. That said, I wouldn't have any worries about them from a solvency point of view, which wouldn't be the case with many!

Avoid Betfair at all costs, got messed around by them on both their sports app and unbelievably their exchange app. Bookies will happily take your money but at least you will get a fair crack of the whip.Betfair took my money even though I won, was short changed also on some other bets. With their exchange betting, I had a potential 300 win dissapear after a horse I backed won. They told me somebody had matched my bet, when I had not even opted to lay the horse. I sent them proof I.e copies and screenshots of my account and they still didn't pay.nor give me an excuse as to why. Just one of many reasons to avoid. When you gamble, it should be fun. Good luck with whoever you choose.

I have used Betfair since 2004.
There has never been a problem with the settlement of any of my bets.
Once or twice when I was a new user I placed a lay bet by accident when I intended to back the horse.
Odds are best imo on Betfair.
My biggest lifetime win was a horse at 75s (less 5% commission that is 70.3/1). Bookies paid 33/1.
I do not use bookmakers online sites or the Betfair Sportsbook. The reason is the Exchange gives better odds.

Thanks guys for the info. The only online betting I do is lotto.ie as I've still not decided to go into online bookies.

Recently I have been using sportsbetireland.io to buy and bet with bitcoin . They accept Euro too. A friend told me about them.

Did a bit of research and there were a few scam accusations but I've been using them for over 3 months now and it has been pretty pain-free.

Some good promos there from time to time.
