    One thing I always wondered about Brendan Kilkenny is whether he is just taking the piss and parodying wannabe celebrities OR is he actually serious.

    I'm hoping it's the former as the latter is quite sad and I'd feel sorry for him.

    Or maybe his aim is to confuse people as such and is in fact a master of his art!

    I always feel sorry for Patrick Bergin because he was mooted to be "the next Sean Connery" and then he chooses as the breakout role, playing a rapist nutter who attacks Julia Roberts, who was then post-Pretty Woman, America's sweetheart, and that just alienated him from Hollywood...
    And perhaps it was the 'tache which he shaved off relatively soon after...

    Not the friendliest by all accounts, has a reputation as a bit of a bighead.

    DinJoe of Take the Floor fame ( Radio Èireann, 1950s ) had a son ( surname Fitzgibbon ) who was a financial commentator on RTE in the 1980s. Where is he now?

    Remember that guy from Donegal who briefly became famous in the mid 90s- ish when he appeared on a TV dating show in the UK(possibly the one with Cilla Black,can't be certain)?
