    Can anyone recommend a decent cover up artist in around the Dublin area? this is for my Wife, I also know next to nothing about the Tattoo world

    So any help is appreciated

    Any decent tattoo artist should be able to do that for her, tongue-in-cheek webpage about it or not. Have her find an artist who's work or style she really likes, and arrange to meet them to discuss it.
