    Sky Sports arena from 19:00

Support fight is Kiko Martinez v Zelfa Barrett at 130 lbs

Then Josh Warrington makes a defence of his 126 lbs belt vs Mauricio Lara

Actually, Warrington fight not for IBF belt. He vacated it last month

    Why did Warrington vacate?

Quite impressed with Dalton Smith there.

I've been hearing good things about him and I know he was a very good amateur. He looks very sharp and accurate. Lovely variety of punch and seems to have a very good sense of distance. I'll be keeping an eye on him.

Kiko only 34...been around years!!! Looks older..

Only a kid when he banjoed Dunne in 2007...

Sky were very much underplaying his work in the last round. Looks like he could take Barrett out here.

Kiko rolling back the years here. Great to see.

Haven't been scoring it but surely Kiko well ahead? 7-3?

    I have always admired Kiko

    Always just comes to fight

The commentator has it level? I won't be asking him to put up any shelves for me, that's for sure.

Yeah that's the worry for me. Could be another Ritson v Vasquez. Three British judges..

Adam Smith...can't be said he isn't a company man.

Talking up barret now so when the dodgy scores come in it won't look so bad....kiko is gonna get shafted here...

I put on the fight a while ago and was wondering was it the same guy, Cant believe he is still going but now realise how young he was then. That was a really disappointing night by the way. I still remember it !

    I don't follow boxing closely so I didn't know.

Naw, that's not Adam Smith. I'm not sure who it is.

Are the presenters preparing us for a draw result? Surely Kiko has this by a country mile.

Zero argument for Barrett winning that. Cards will be interesting.

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,286 ✭✭✭megadodge

Well Barrett is odds-on on the exchanges.

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,393 ✭✭✭The White Feather

Didn't Kiko win that handily? no?

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,685 ✭✭✭A Shaved Duck?

Those cards are an absolute disgrace

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,286 ✭✭✭megadodge

    Holy Sh!t !!!!

    118-111 (x2) !!!!

  • Registered Users Posts: 54,587 ✭✭✭✭walshb

    I didn’t score it

But thought Kiko overall deserved it..

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,393 ✭✭✭The White Feather

OK I was all wrong it seems

That is just disgusting. Absolute cheating.

Even Canelo would have got a split decision in that fight ffs.

It's almost like professional wrestling at this stage. The result is pre-determined.

Absolute joke, I have to say

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,685 ✭✭✭A Shaved Duck?

Hearn now talking out of both sides of his mouth...

Absolute disgrace. The UK is by far the worst place to come as an away fighter and get a result.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,321 ✭✭✭sham69

Shocking , thought Kiko had it

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 4,415 ✭✭✭generalgerry

And who paid them to give those scorecards Eddie? He really must think that we are all idiots.

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,679 ✭✭✭squinn2912

Pathetic scoring at least Eddie is telling the truth about it. I thought Barrett won the last 4 convincingly but I’m struggling to see what else he won before that. Don King line there let’s do it again. Even Barrett is embarrassed by that
