But a real lifehacker would repurpose a catheter bag hanger. There are lots of different designs, but this is one kind.

Again, that only works if the bin isn't "sealed" like a bucket and the air has a way of escaping as you press down on the bin liner

Actually I done that to my sealed bin, It works, Just dont hit the bag down too quick.
