Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.
Thanks all.

IE fares cheaper at machine than on website?

    None of that makes sense

    Per the NTA numbers you get
    http://www.railusers.ie/passenger_info/fare_calc_2019.php?station_from=GALWY&station_to=OMORE&stage1=Submit

    Which matches the website

    Any price less is in breach of the PSO contract and requires specific approval from the NTA.

    Well I have the ticket in my hand.

    Adult Weekly (Season) is the heading, valid from 05.09.2019 to 11.09.2019

    Both machines in Oranmore and Ceannt displayed 29.00.

    Now, I can tell you that I think they displayed 129.00 for the monthly, which does match the website!!

    I checked a machine again today

    Weekly = 29, website is 37.15

    Monthly = 129, same as the website

    Maybe it's just a typo / transcription error.

    Its quite a deliberate change, someone has done this.

    Just waiting for a local politician to claim it was them
