Currently have concrete paving slabs in back garden but they are not smooth so really hard to brush to keep clean. Can't powerhouse as there is a slope and nowhere to drain the water so there's a constant green tinge. To compound the problem have 2 dogs who pee and poo there . What's best solution for replacing? Decking? A smooth poured concrete?( still be prone to green slime build up though-any natural solution for removing this?).

Put in a drain or return a small strip at the bottom of the slope to grass to allow drainage.
