What is best route for a guide wire and a autonomous mower? Husqvarna to be exact.
Would a duct be too deep and wire loose signal?

Cutting a line in the tar is an idea but not ideal after spending 7grand on tarmac.

    What's been done?

You'll need 3 wires, 2 as boundaries and 1 as guide. I'm in the process of cutting mine in, yet to be filled with black silicone. Its the recommended thing. Was reluctant to cut the new tarmac too, but it'll look fine after silicone. Well worth it!

You could bury 3 ducts less than 10 cms deep, but I'd check with installers about this.
