Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Every now and then we come across something that dare not speak it's name. I'm about to speak that name. It's the Sheared. A beard that is so wrong it needs to be removed, to be sheared from your face.

    Forgive me my follicular friends for posting this but people need to be educated.

    Not all women. I know of a lot of women who go for guys purely because of his beard. They are few and far between but generally its worth it when you come across them.

    I've only discovered this forum now! I love beards, I've been growing mine on and off since January but can't find a good barber in Dundalk:( Anytime I've asked for a tidy up and told them what I want (just trim it back slightly, don't take off too much length) the best they can do is run a number 5 blade over it:mad:

    Can anyone recommend a good barber anywhere in the north east / Dublin region?

    Finally decided to shave my beard after 3 years, it feels weird but I like the new look.. However, something tells me I'll miss it by Jan and just grow it back!
