Its late 1800, original and more than likely in need of lots of restoration although it was in active use up until a couple of years back by a piano teacher who kept it tuned.

I inherited it and while its beautiful but huge and takes up half the living room.

Is there a market for these?

I would call the like of Ciaran Ryan in Galway or Paul Wade who are among the best piano tuners in Ireland, get them to call out and access it from there.

With the name that is on it I would imagine it's worth saving but with a name like that it may cost a few quid but what you invest you should be able to gain back.
