    I can't think of a way to do these unless I get someone to hold my legs in place. I do pull ups every so often, but I'm looking for something that will target my lower back. There must be a way to do these without buying some gimmick!

    Yoga ball under thighs and heels wedged under something heavy, bottom shelf of dumbbell rack worked for me
