    Cycling safety begins with the Cyclist themselves,just as with every other form of Human condition..."Man,mind thyself".


    Headphones,Mobile Phones,Tablets and anything which diverts attention from the immediate surroundings and task,IS going to increase the risk of incident/accident,with Cyclists being somewhat more vulnerable than motor vehicle users...sometimes this simple message can be missed.
