Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Just to let you now if you have an issue with something I found astroshop.eu not great for communication, had to return something and they eventually got back to me. Then had to inquire about the refund after I sent the item back, it was refunded when I contacted but not a good sign if you have do the chasing!

    Yeah got a few bits off them recently. Very quick delivery. No custom charges etc. UK is in a transition period at the moment with the EU so normal Customs Union rules apply i.e. no trade barriers.

    I emailed a couple of queries last week and got fast replies. He did say they were having issues with Live email accounts if that applies. :confused:

    Its not often we miss any, but are currently having some issues with certain email addresses, namely Hotmail, Live and Outlook among others. We do send replies from our backup gmail account. Also, We are out the door, and Im on my own at the minute, so apologies if I did miss you :o
