Most of the cloud that was about this afternoon cleared this evening. The day's high recorded here in Glasnevin was 22.4C earlier this evening. It's currently cooled down a lot at 14.8C.

Full sunshine today give or take a little Cumulus blocking at times. Sea breeze kicked in the afternoon and it did hold back temps somewhat.
Max today of 21.3c. All told a fantastic summers day which was spent at Bunmahon Beach

Ditto in north Kildare earlier this morning. Thickest fog I've seen in quite a while with visibility well below 50m.

You might see 25 or 26 today ,perfect Sw foehn for Dublin
    Maybe 22 here
It's just hit 20c in Arklow, and southerly into that SW will drag it down and theres an element of it already
    Might mean convergence convection though

    Those figures seem quite high.

According to MET E, Phoenix Park's Mean Max for July so far is just 20.02 and for Dublin Airport it's 19.1.

PP tends to be affected by a slight UHI effect so being over a degree warmer than there might suggest your station could be in a mini heat trap?

I am approx. 20km from PP, as the crow flies, so conditions can vary?

I am in the foothills of the Dublin Mountains (vicinity of Marley Park) and tend to get quite a few 'foehn days' in summer when winds are SE to SW. Can often be sunny with clear blue skies here while the rest of Dublin is cloudy.

BTW, 23.6c here atm with a light SSW breeze.
