Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hi,

    I have a query and seeking advice in relation to my landlord that is causing me serious problems and taking complete advantage of his power (Illegally, to what extent I am not sure). I dont want to go in to the detail here for public view <SNIP> I have been on to prtb website and talked online. I didnt find them of great help towards for prompt advice or answers as every answer was pushing me towards submitting a dispute online. ( All replies were in robotic copy and paste style)

    Would be great to talk to someone here that is in the know to explain my scenario.
