Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Just thought I'd ask here, could be a long shot. Based in southeast (Waterford),looking for someone to who can assist with fit out of a home studio from a furniture perspective (equipment side of things is be already bring handled). Essentially looking for a carpenter/ joiner that can fit out the studio with bespoke furnishings, something similar to these images:

    Have contacted a lot of builders/ contractors in the area with no luck so far.

    Give the guys in BTS a call on Monday. They’ll point you in the right direction. They’ve kitted out lots of stations throughout the country.

    In the interests of balance you can also try these lads as well; they have an advantage of their being local to the South East region.

    Be warned though; high end professional broadcast/recording standard studio fitting does not come cheap but hopefully they will give you some heads up.

    Best employ a good carpenter as either of those lads will fleece you for what essentially are a few wooden frames with counter tops and panels. Granted they will look funkier than what a carpenter can produce but at three times the price. Won't matter to the listener if you're using the kitchen table....!!!
