Opinion on Glow-worm boilers

25-09-2020 2:47pm#1I got a quote for the replacement of our (very old) Suprima 50, and it includes a Glow-worm condensing 24kw system boiler with a 7 year warranty.
I found some strong negative opinions about Glow-worm on Boards.ie
Their Trustpilot site has a good rating:

but they only scored 54% in the Which survey from 2018:

Alot of people have different opinions on different brands
I dont think the Glowworm is a bad boiler but there is definitely lots better boilers on the market.
