.sfw file format for YouTube instruction videos

I've created a number of internal videos using to record my screen using jing https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html. It creates the file in a .sfw format but I can't upload this format to YouTube, does anyone know of an alternative for capturing my screen and sound so I can upload to YouTube?
