Lift arm swap

Hi guys I have a John deere 6210se I'm doing a lift arm swap but have come up on a small problem. Down we're the lift armsfit on to the tractor they're are 4 parts that have to be taken off the last bit is stopping me a sleeve that goes on to the load lower link sensor and don't want to heat it in case of doing any damage…

Hi guys

Can anyone suggest any other was that I might be able to get this part off with out using heat
