For something thats designed as a serious off-roader that drivers step is very low:rolleyes: definatly don't look as if they'd take as much of a beating as the last series of Mog's

There's different series of Mogs so the serious off road agri spec ones are still around. That is a utility spec one, steps are probably an option so ESB drivers don't strain themselves climbing in!.

Had one in as a demonstrator at the company I used to work for, we were thinking of a rail mounted one with jetting unit but it got too expensive (£250k). The demo was LH or RH drive, the whole dash inc steering and pedals slid from one side to the other!

Fixed, I hope you don't mind.

We had a lot of trouble getting a speedlimiter to work on the yank tank I have posted earlier

No bothers with this one as the Caterpiller engine has the Ecu on the side of the engine which runs separate to the vehicle and we have a Kiwi mechanic working here who had worked on Caterpillers in Kiwiland and had the diag software on his laptop so just set it through the original ECU:D

This same crowd have a traction unit up in the hills beside Arigna. It is an 90's style Merc with 26t of ballast over the fifth wheel and it had hydrostatic drive.

I could not believe how it pulled up the hills when I eventually got its fueling issues sorted.

The roar from the V8 was savage, way way better than any of the modern v8's, you could hear each cylinder thump on tick over
