    Hello,

I live in Newry, and I am looking for fireworks for upcoming Halloween.

I'm looking for quality + good value, anyone recommend a place to buy? (willing to travel up as far as belfast),

    cheers,

    Kevin

You now need a licence to buy any fireworks which are not category one (suitable for indoor use) in Northern Ireland.

That basically means you need a licence for anything except sparklers.

That law is not enforced on category 1 or 2 fireworks, at least it wasn't last year or any previous years.
Some sellers will also sell you Category 3 without problem too

Yes a license is not required when buying fireworks in the market and your probably better off with euro as they normally take euro for pound there.
