And if a mistrial happened because of something Tommy or his supporters did, it would of course be the governments fault according to some here.

Well he did bring it on himself. One of the conditions of his suspended sentence was that he did not attend court cases and call defendants "pedophiles" while the trial was ongoing. Clearly he cant help himself.
