    Hi

Just wondering if anyone knows if there are music stores either online or phyical shops that allow you to pay back monthly for gear. I want to get a guitar and would ideally prefer to pay it off in installments. Is this even a thing? Many thanks

    certainly used to be.

bear in mind that with interest you'll likely pay back at least 50% more thanif you walked into the shop and paid cash.

I'm an old fella so I'm going to give you advice like your grandad would.

Save up rather than get credit.

Unless your purchase is going to earn you money I would agree with the above, or perhaps lower your budget if that's possible.

Andertons do 0% finance over 24 months https://www.andertons.co.uk/finance though saving the cash yourself first is the best way.

    That's only for UK residents.

Many Thanks for all the responses. Yea I think the advice given to save first is sound. I'll go down that route. Thanks again.

also, bear in mind that if you go into buy... say .... €1000 worth of gear, set cash on the table and you'll likely pay €900-950.

ask for credit and its the full thousand......
